Mr. Harrigan serves as Managing Director of Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Harrigan is a seasoned private equity investor with over 14 years of investing experience across a variety of sectors.
Previously, he served as an investment professional at Roark Capital Group, A&M Capital Partners and Navo Capital. During this time, he has led deal sourcing, due diligence, financings, strategic acquisitions, value creation initiatives and exits. He has also served as a board member for several privately held businesses.
